The order unit is generally based on outer boxes, and the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) varies by brand, but it typically needs to be at least 10,000 USD. yet we are flexible and open to exploring possibilities for smaller orders on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us for further details.
A 10% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance payable before the goods are picked up. Regarding remaining balance, you need to make a 50% when we issue confirmation letter, and balance 50% when the goods are ready to be shipped(EXW warehouse date). Warehouse goods inspection is available upon request. And We offer goods from our warehouse under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning you are responsible for arranging and covering transportation costs.
**Once an order form is submitted(Purchase Order issued), it cannot be canceled (though sometimes it's possible if urgently requested on the same day or the next day).
The concept of a confirmation letter is that it confirms the quantities of the products you ordered that are ready for shipment. If there are any products out of stock or discontinued, the quantities may be reduced accordingly. Depending on the stock status of the headquarters, the actual quantities may vary significantly, and it could be that none, 70%, or 90% of the products are ready. In principle, you must take all the quantities confirmed. Products that are not ready will be included in the next order cycle.”

If you need to dispute the wrong/damaged products, payment, shipping etc, you need to report the dispute by email within 1 month of transaction time. Afterward, all transactions are assumed to be settled and any dispute will be disregarded.
We place orders once a week or once every two weeks, and from the order date, the lead time is usually around ±2.5 weeks. the confirmation letter usually comes out 2-3 days before the EXW factory date.
